| IL17RA（白细胞介素-17受体A）是由IL17RA基因编码的I型跨膜糖蛋白，作为IL-17A和IL-17F的功能性受体亚基发挥作用。它通常与IL17RC形成异二聚体复合物，顺利获得招募ACT1等衔接蛋白激活NF-κB和MAPK通路，在炎症反应、中性粒细胞募集和宿主防御中发挥核心作用。该基因缺陷可导致家族性念珠菌病5型（CANDF5），表现为对念珠菌的易感性增加。 | |
